The
Board
Our HOA is community-first organization with a Board of Directors comprised of volunteers from the neighborhood. We are community building organizations with dues of $50 per year. The dues are used to plan social activities such block parties and Halloween parades, and to communicate to the neighborhood via our website, community newsletters, etc. Due are also used to support the HOA's business and common area requirements such as liability insurance, PO Box, electricity at neighborhood entrances, etc.
